If you’ve ever thought:

Early warning signs your body gives before injuries appear — and what to adjust right away
The simple framework I use to help runners build mileage without constantly restarting from injury
My go-to warm-up and movement resets that reconnect the body from the ground up

Dr. Beth is a sports chiropractor and movement strategist at Front Runner Chiropractic in Wauwatosa, where she works with runners and active women who want to stay consistent, strong, and injury-resilient.
Her approach focuses on how the body works as a connected system, starting from the feet and building upward through the hips and core. Instead of chasing pain after it appears, she helps runners understand what their bodies are telling them so training feels sustainable again.
As both a lifelong runner and a mom, she understands the balance between performance, recovery, and real life. Her goal is simple: help runners train smarter so they can keep doing what they love for years to come.
